Quesabirra for the win today.  BIG,  crispy,  cheesy and loaded with tender, juicy birria.  They give a nice portion of the birria broth on the side for dipping.  It was very tasty and filling. Truly authentic delicious tacos. On par with Las Palmas and other top taco spots around the city. Their food truck in Cranberry has become my go-to lunch spot when I see it, and the guy who runs it is super friendly and makes great food. Planned to use their services for my wedding reception in May but it didn't work out. Despite that, all communication was timely and very good. They were able to work with us on location and date/time as well. Highly recommend for events!
